How to order?

Add your favorite products to the cart and enter the required information such as your name and shipping address.

*Select from category*

Products are categorized.
Click on a category to easily find the product you need.
Click HOME at the top of the page to go to the top page.
Click on each category to view details.
Go to the category at the bottom to view a list of products.
Click on the product name or product image to view detailed information.

*Select from the "Search" window*

Enter information such as the product name and product code in the search window displayed in the upper left corner of the page and click the [Search] button to display a list of products.

Add to Shopping Cart

Enter the desired quantity on the page with product details and click the [Add to cart] button to add it to your shopping cart. The shopping cart box at the top left of each page displays a list of products added to your cart. You can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking [Cart contents] .

*Confirm Order*

Your purchase will not be confirmed unless you complete the purchase procedure. Please note that if a product is left in your shopping cart for a long time, it may become out of stock or you may not be able to proceed to the next step.

*Remove product from cart*

[Delere] will be displayed to the left of the product in your cart.
You can delete an item by checking the box and clicking [UPDATE]

*Change Order Quantity*

If you want to purchase more than one of the same item, change the order quantity in the [Quantity] box in the cart and click the [UPDATE] button.

Submit Order

To order the item you added to your shopping cart, click[Checkout] at the bottom right of the page.
You will then need to log in with your registered email address and password. If this is your first time purchasing, you will need to register as a member first.

Instructions for Purchasing Items

To check your shipping method, go to the "Shipping Information" page, select your shipping method and check the shipping fee.

*Change Shipping Address*

Click the [Change Address] button. Once complete, click the [Continue] button.
A detailed list of contents (including the price) will be sent with the item.

*Confirm Payment Method*

You can select your payment method from the "Payment Information" page.
When you are ready, click [Continue].

*Confirm Order*

On the "Confirm Order" page, you can check the order details, payment amount, shipping address, and payment method.
After checking, click the [Confirm Order] button.
The order will be sent to PuppyOnlineStore and the process will be completed. We will send you an order summary by email.
Once your order is complete, please complete the payment procedure via Paypal.
Once payment has been confirmed, the product will be sent via EMS

Please note that in principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products. However, if the product you purchased is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (INVOICE is required).
